Our KICK BOXING program is designed to enhance the skills of our experienced fighters and beginners alike. During these classes we will emphasize offensive combinations as well as many defensive counters to avoid getting hit during fights. These classes will push your conditioning so you can get into fighting shape! Our Kick Boxing Technique classes are 60 minutes long to allow for instruction, technical drills and pad work of light super. Each class will offer the option to join supervised sparring for the more advanced students in the class.
