Our KICK BOXING program is designed to enhance the skills of our experienced fighters and beginners alike.  During these classes we will emphasize offensive combinations as well as many defensive counters to avoid getting hit during fights.  These classes will push your conditioning so you can get into fighting shape!   Our Kick Boxing Technique classes are 90 minutes long to allow for 60 minutes of instruction and 20 minutes of light supervised sparring for the more advanced students in the class.
